Mag-Trax™ is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy.
Unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
Returned items must be:
In original condition
Free from damage, modification, or misuse
Returned with all included components and packaging when possible
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error by Mag-Trax™ or a verified product defect.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products modified, altered, or damaged after delivery
Products showing signs of misuse, abuse, or improper installation
Clearance, closeout, or discontinued items marked as non-returnable
Custom or special-order products
Digital products, downloadable content, or gift cards (if offered)
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Order number
Description of the issue
Photographs showing the defect or damage
Upon review, Mag-Trax™ may repair, replace, or refund the affected product at its discretion.
Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility with their intended magazine, firearm accessory, or tracking device before purchase.
Mag-Trax™ is not responsible for fitment issues resulting from unsupported products, unauthorized modifications, or use outside the product’s stated compatibility guidelines.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it will be subject to this Returns Policy.
